Why is responsible gambling important?
Online casino and betting games are a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. However, all forms of gambling carry risk, and for some people it can lead to stress, financial hardship, or family problems. ba99 believes that gaming should always be a source of enjoyment — it should never be a source of problems.
That is why ba99 has a range of protective tools on the platform to help you stay in full control of your gaming. Whether you need to set deposit limits, take a short break, or request full self-exclusion — we are here for you. Our support team is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
Please note: playing at ba99 is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any games.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to seek help. This is a sign of awareness, not weakness.
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back lost money (chasing losses) — this is the most common sign of a problem.
- Spending time and money on gaming while neglecting family, friends, or work responsibilities.
- Taking on debt, spending savings, or cutting essential expenses to fund gambling.
- Repeatedly failing to stop playing despite trying, and feeling restless during breaks.
- Hiding your gambling from loved ones or being dishonest about it.
- Using gambling as a way to cope with anxiety, stress, or sadness.
Tips for Playing Responsibly
Set a budget in advance
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. Once that amount is gone, end the session — never spend extra money trying to recover losses.
Stick to time limits
Avoid playing for long stretches at a time. Take a break every hour and do not play for more than a set amount of time each day. ba99's time-out feature helps you build this habit.
Do not treat gambling as income
Online casinos are a form of entertainment — they are not a reliable source of income. Results depend entirely on chance. Losses are normal, so never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Do not play while drinking or under stress
Avoid playing when you are drinking, excessively tired, or under intense stress. It is harder to make sound decisions in these states, and the risk of overspending increases.
Talk to loved ones
Speak openly with family or friends about your gaming. If someone feels your playing habits have changed, listen to their feedback seriously.
Only play at the legal age
Playing at ba99 is for those aged 21 and above only. If there are minors in your household, use password protection on your devices and do not share your account details.

ba99's Responsible Gaming Policy
Protection of Minors
ba99 firmly believes that keeping minors away from gambling is a social responsibility. Only those aged 21 and above may register and play on the ba99 platform. We confirm age during account verification. If there is any suspicion that a minor is using an account, it is suspended immediately.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, keep your ba99 account login details secure. Use passwords on your devices and regularly review saved passwords in your browser.
How do deposit limits work?
Contact the support team to set a deposit limit at ba99. You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Once the limit is set, depositing beyond that amount will not be possible. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period — this helps prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
The self-exclusion process
Self-exclusion is a serious but highly effective step. You can close your ba99 account for a set period (such as 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. To begin the process, email [email protected] or let us know via live chat. It is not possible to reactivate the account before the self-exclusion period ends.
Stay aware of reality
In online casino games, on average every player loses some amount over the long term — this is the normal nature of this industry. No "system" or "strategy" can guarantee long-term winnings. ba99 always communicates this reality transparently, because we want you to play knowingly and for enjoyment.
