These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the ba99 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and the user ("you" or "Member"). By registering with ba99 or starting to use the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ba99 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit a national ID, passport, or other valid documents may result in restrictions on your account. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Login Credential Security

3.3 Account Ownership Transfer

Your ba99 account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba99 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Third-party payments are not accepted; the payment method used must be registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on ba99 are generally completed within 1 hour. However, identity verification or additional security checks may require more time. ba99 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ba99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

4.5 Fees & Charges

ba99 does not charge any transaction fees of its own. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may independently apply charges. Responsibility for such charges rests entirely with the member.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ba99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly after claiming a bonus.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• ba99 may modify or withdraw a member's bonus privileges at its discretion.
• Misuse of bonus offers (bonus hunting, hedging, etc.) is a punishable offence.

5.4 VIP Program

ba99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The specific benefits of each tier are determined by ba99 administration.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba99. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Using fraud, manipulation, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing using automated bots or scripts.
• Using ba99 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Making transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ba99's systems or network.
• Misusing the bonus system or participating in coordinated bonus hunting.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other members.

ba99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

All content on the ba99 platform — including software, graphics, text, design, logos, trademarks, and other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
